Reali-Slim Bearings include open types and sealed types, with bore diameter ranging from 1 inch to 40 inches and cross-section ranging from 0.1875 × 0.1875 inches to 1.000 × 1.000 inches.
Three kinds of Open Thin Section Bearings are available: Radial contact (C Type), Angular contact (A Type), and Four-point contact (X Type).
Two kinds of Sealed Thin Section Bearings are available: Radial contact (C Type) and Four-point contact (X Type).
Difference between Three Types of Bearings (C, A, and X Type) is the shape of the groove.
For the Thin Section Radial Contact Ball Bearings (C Type), the center of the raceway radius is on the center-line of the steel balls. The raceway and the steel balls are angularly contacted
For the Thin Section Angular Contact Ball Bearings (A Type). The center of the raceway radius deviates from the center-line of the steel balls and is symmetrically distributed around the center-line.
For the Thin Section Four Point Contact Ball Bearings (X Type), there are two centers of the raceway radius on each side of the raceway. Both deviate from the center-line of the steel balls, which enables the Thin Section Four Point Contact Ball Bearings (X Type) to form four-point contact between the raceway and steel balls.
Material choose
1. Bearing steel
2. Stainless Steel
Reali-Slim stainless steel thin section bearings minimize the surface degradation and particulate formation so commonly found in harsh environments. stainless steel thin section bearings are available:
in 440C stainless steel races
with brass or non-metallic separators
with stainless steel or ceramic balls
in popular sizes
in either radial contact (C), angular contact (A), or four-point contact (X) configurations
